Praveen Pandak has been appointed as the managing director of CDS and Clearing Limited. The meeting of the board of directors held last Sunday of CDS decided to appoint Pandak as the managing director.

Pravin Pandak was appointed as the managing director of this company and worked as the executive head of the company. The transactions appointed to be done are informed,'' said a statement issued by CDS and Clearing.

Pandak is an employee of Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) and currently she was an operator in CDS and Clearing.
