There is no record because of the open border," he said. "We can export a lot from Nepal. But we could not send it to the Nepali brand. We couldn't build the infrastructure.'

As the demand in the international market started to increase, the dairy industry that produces Churpi has also increased. But there is no systematic production. Most produce traditionally. Some are producing according to the demand of exporters. After that, the exporter has been exporting by modifying it.

'Looking at the trend from the past, Churpi is produced at home in Panchthar, Ilam. But not everyone exports. "Exporters collect and export," Chairman Dahal said, "There is no big industry to produce Churpi alone. But there is a possibility.' According to the

businessman, the main dog bite abroad is the chowder. "Demand is increasing every year, but there is a problem of quality production and supply," said Dahal, "Some companies have started producing along with collection. But not enough.'  According to the data of last 5 years of

Churpi market is good. But butter is also made during production. That doesn't sell. There is a problem in Churpi production due to non-sale of butter,” he said. Koirala said that the government should release the standards of Churpi to ensure the market.

'Now the product has been sold. But it is not organized, there is no standard for it," he said. "To improve the market in the international market, the government should immediately issue quality standards for Churpi." Recently, Sujal Dairy has also started preparing to produce Churpi. Suzal has said that it is doing homework to bring technology from Europe.
