Two members have been appointed to the board of directors of Nepal Electricity Authority. Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Deepak Khadka has appointed Laxman KC and Bal Bahadur Parajuli as members of the Board of Directors.
Minister Khadka appointed KC and Parajuli as members on Wednesday after the tenure of previous members Kapil Acharya and Bhakta Bahadur Pun ended. Acharya was appointed as a member from the quota of CPN S and again Maoists.
KC is the president of the Nepali Congress Committee Center for Democratic Engineers Nepal (CDEN) and Parajuli is the CPN UML Committee. Their tenure is 4 years.
