The NEPSE, which had fallen consecutively in the previous five trading days, improved to a higher point on Wednesday. According to which, compared to Tuesday, NEPSE increased by 45.88 points to 2,715.71 points on Wednesday.
It is 1.71 percent more than the previous day. On Tuesday, NEPSE closed at 2,669.82 points. The share price of 112 companies traded on that day increased, 28 decreased and the remaining 3 companies remained stable.
1 crore 13 lakh 86 thousand 854 shares were bought and sold in 56 thousand 350 transactions. Shares worth 5.5 billion rupees have been traded in those purchases. The transaction amount has also increased compared to the previous day.
Among the 13 sub-groups traded on that day, the indices of all except collective investment increased by a lot, which contributed to the high growth of overall NEPSE.
