After all, who will work, Prime Minister!

On Monday, Prime Minister Oli said that he left college and joined politics because he thought there should be change in the country and the people should be better. But he does not have the answer as to what was good for the people after becoming the prime minister for 4 times.

After all, who will work, Prime Minister!

KP Sharma Oli, who once angered the people with the slogan of 'Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepali', is in the prime minister's chair for the fourth time. Oli, who became the Prime Minister for the first time on October 25, 2072, remained in office until July 19, 2073.

After that, Oli became the Prime Minister for 3 years and 9 months from February 3, 2074 to Baisakh 30, 2078. Oli, who became the Prime Minister for the third time on May 30, 2078, left the post within two months on June 29, 2078. Oli, who was appointed as the Prime Minister for the fourth time on June 30, 2081, is still in office.

During this period, he has not stopped chanting 'prosperous Nepal, happy Nepali', nor has he been able to determine the indicators of prosperity and happiness. Especially there is no indicator of happiness and prosperity. It is not clear what achievements will be required to achieve it . There are problems in the country. But Oli, who has held the executive position of the country, is in the rattan of 'Mission 84'.

This year, the government has set a target of 5 percent economic growth. Looking at the situation up to 8 months of the financial year 2081/82, there is no possibility of achieving the target growth rate . The latest report of the National Bureau of Statistics has shown that the growth rate of sectors including construction, industry and trade will be negative .

Although the government has set a target of more than 30 percent revenue growth, so far the monthly average has not been more than 10 percent . The condition of capital expenditure and foreign aid mobilization is even more critical. The National Bank had set a target of 12.5 percent credit expansion this year. But credit has expanded by only 5.6 percent in seven months.

Although the interest rate has come down a lot, the demand for loans has not been able to . Average price increase in demand is 4.16 percent . Decreasing interest rates and lack of inflation pressure indicate that overall demand is shrinking.

In such a situation, the prime minister, his advisers and ministers who should focus on the country's economy are busy with speeches and formal programs. Most of their speeches are focused on what should and should be done in the country.

Prime Minister Oli, who is busy 'cutting the ribbon' every day, went to speak at four events held in Kathmandu on Monday. On Monday, he participated in the National Labor and Employment Conference, Non-Governmental Organization Federation of Nepal Convention, Private and Residential School Organization Nepal (Pabson) Convention and the book launch of the former chancellor of Nepal Pragya Pratishthan. After all, who will work, Prime Minister!

In all the four programs, Prime Minister Oli gave a speech about the work that should be done and should be done by the government. He asked us to do this and that.

National Labor and Employment Conference Oli said that job creation and promotion of entrepreneurship is the highest priority of the government. But he could not clarify what the government under his leadership did. In the same program, he emphasized that the private sector should take the leadership of the country's economy.

At the conference of the Federation of Non-Governmental Organizations of Nepal, Oli stressed on the need to increase production and productivity by using the fertile Nepali land. The government is under his leadership. Oli, who became the Prime Minister for the fourth time, has been in office for 8 months. But as the executive head of the country, he should not answer what he did and is doing to increase productivity and ?

In Pabson's program, Oli asked the private school operators not to take too much profit from the investment in education. Are those who make excessive profits or black market asked to take action, Prime Minister?

While launching the autobiography of Ganga Prasad Upreti, the former chancellor of Nepal Pragya Academy, 'Stories of My Past', he told that he left college and joined politics because he wanted to change the country and make the people better. But the prime minister, who has held the executive position many times, does not have the answer to what has been good for the people.

Similarly, Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development Minister Prakashman Singh also laid the foundation stone of Shiddeshwar Mahadev Temple in Naya Baneshwar in Kathmandu on Monday and said that the representative of the people should act according to the rules and regulations. Singh said that all three levels of government should be run according to laws and regulations.

'People's representatives should understand the people's needs and work according to the law and rules,' Singh said, 'Parties should work together to make life and livelihood of the Nepali people easier by securing and institutionalizing the obtained rights.' This means that the Deputy Prime Minister himself accepted that the people's representatives do not work according to the law and rules. If there are people's representatives who do not obey the rules and regulations in the country, but the government should not take action and ?

Similarly, Prime Minister's economic and development advisor Yuvraj Khatiwada insisted on creating a situation where no one has to go for foreign employment after a decade. "Economic growth rate should be continuously raised above 6 percent". Financial resources and means should be directed towards work and job creation,' said Khatiwada.

Khatiwada, who has been the governor of Rashtra Bank, a member of the National Planning Commission and vice-chairman, and the finance minister, is currently the economic and development advisor to the country's executive prime minister. He still says, "Employment should be created and the economic situation should be improved". But they can't answer what improvements they have made while being in a responsible position.

Khatiwada says that the private sector will create job opportunities and it will be possible if the government makes incentives and concessional policies for that. Khatiwada said that there is a danger that the current population will reach old age without Nepal becoming a developed country. Khatiwada himself is not responsible for this and ?

'65.2 percent of the total population is economically active, that population is more than 20 million,' he said. Who will do this?

Industry, Commerce and Supply Minister Damodar Bhandari said on Monday that the labor force cannot be organized unless the capital market is functioning. He said that the productivity of the agriculture-based economy, which accounts for 13 percent of the national product, has decreased to 5 percent. Who will be responsible for this, Minister ?

'The industry is difficult and risky to operate . The same risk, our legacies of yesterday, established as a brand of Nepal, Pashmina, carpets and garments, jute mills and other industries were closed . Various institutions invested by neighboring countries collapsed. We have to search for the reason why this happened," said Minister Bhandari. As the Minister of Industry, who will answer this, Minister?

Minister Bhandari said that if Nepal's capital market, Nepal's production with labor market and Nepal's employment can be connected, the problem of internal employment can be solved .

Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security Sharatsingh Bhandari also said that they had to send Nepalis to work under compulsory conditions in Monday's program. But unfortunately, he himself has become a minister one and a half dozen times. That too many times Minister of Labor and Employment . Minister, what is the reason why Nepalis are forced to go abroad without getting jobs in their own country? Who will answer this, Minister?

The large party of the coalition government is correct in repeating to the senior leaders of the Nepali Congress that the government will not collapse. Congress Chairman and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, who arrived in Dhangadhi today to participate in the party's far-western state level conference, said that there is no problem between the parties in running the government even today.

Deuba made it clear that the current alliance will continue till 2084 with journalists at Dhangadhi Airport. This means that the government and the ministers are busy saying 'this and that should be done'. And, the parties belonging to the coalition government say that there is no problem in the government.

And, the general public is confused - after all, who is the one to work and answer?
