The police have arrested 22 people who were gambling at Milan Thing's house in Bakaiya Rural Municipality-5 Rajdamar of Makwanpur.

A team of 21 people from area police office Faparbari and police station Hattisude raided the house of Milan Thing in Rajdamar at 1 o'clock on Saturday night and arrested them.

The police recovered 3 sets of cash and eight lakh 36 thousand 40 rupees from the incident site, according to the District Police Office Makwanpur.

Among those arrested are people from different districts including Makwanpur, Sindhuli, Rautahat. Among the main arrested persons are 46-year-old Milan Thing of Bakaiya-5 Rajdamar, 45-year-old Kamal Thapa of Hetauda-18, 37-year-old Kailash Dhami of Sindhuli Dudhauli-2, 53-year-old Fadindra Prasad Ghimire of Hetauda-8 Kamane and 46-year-old Ramesh Mahat of Hetauda-16 Hatia.

Similarly, Sher Bahadur Rana of Bagmati-6, Deepak Dong, Ravi Chaudhary, Ishwar Chaudhary of Rautahat Gaur-9, Hetauda, Bagmati, Sindhuli and 17 other people from Kamalamai area have also been arrested.
