Press Council Nepal has prepared a book 'History of Nepali Media, from Print to Digital'. This research book, which covers all genres of Nepali media, has been prepared by 7 subject experts after about a year of study and research.

The chief officer of the council, Jhavindra Bhusal, said that the book covers topics from the history of pamphlets before Gorkhapatra to the current digital media.

council chairman Balkrishna Basnet said that this publication was made due to the lack of media documents that are the basis of yesterday, today and tomorrow in one book.

council has also been publishing English year book (air book) of media for 4 years .
