In this context, a conversation with Congress General Minister Gagan Thapa:

has recently returned to Kathmandu after completing programs in Pyuthan, Rolpa, Salyan and Dang. What status did you get?

I went there for a party event . I found that party leaders, workers and supporters remain enthusiastic. When I went to other areas, there was more anger and frustration, and it was found to be less. Maybe because the impact of the war was more in that area, I saw very little disappointment . As the general public understood the importance of the situation of unselection, I got more enthusiasm about what happened. The participation of party leaders, workers and well-wishers in the

meeting was good. In addition to this, I also did other interactions . The relationship between the political parties has gone well. There is a healthy political relationship between the parties. Sincerely.

He called for a volleyball tournament organized by friends of Maoists in Rolpa. I participated in the program. Some friends of UML came to visit . In addition, the physical infrastructure seems to be getting better. In Surkhet, Salyan, Lumbini, Dang, Rolpa and Pyuthan in Karnali province, resources are being used well in the construction of physical infrastructure of the state and union. The local government seems to be deciding on roads and other infrastructure. However, there seems to be some delay in the plans of the union in the construction of Rapti highway and Karnali highway. There is no work to be done by the union.

The development reached the village, but how did you get the effect of the migration?

There is rapid migration on the journey. It seems that the number of going to foreign jobs has increased . People who went for foreign employment would return and invest in the village, that is not the case. As a result, no more investment has been made in the hilly district . The mountain is in the process of falling . Concerns and thoughts have become such infrastructure there, the villages have started to grow, there is concern about how to take advantage of the development. I also went to the campus there, everyone complains that there are no students . A very large number of students have dropped. This one picture speaks volumes .

What do you think of the locals?

There is a conflict between the cement industry and locals in Dang and Rolpa. There is a big conflict between the locals and the industry on the issue of stone extracted for industry. It seems to have to be solved. Met with a young entrepreneur in Rolpa, Salyan. They have been working on their own. As the road is not good, the cost of the vegetables they produce has been high . As a result, they have not received the reward they should have received. Due to which it seems to get tired quickly . We have helped with the infrastructure. I went to the public meeting after a long time . I had something on my mind. Friends of all age groups came from Surkhet to Salyan. There was a good presence of youth. There is still hope that the youth will do something. Faith still remains. There is more to be saved.

When going to the village, there is a need to bring the issue differently?

Even if I make casual comments about other parties when I go to the meeting, it is very few . Then I interacted with the local . Its subject was connected with the life of the community there. I would have been prejudiced if I had said that everyone else is bad and we are good. The community has sought a solution to the problem . There has been a lot of abuse between the parties, now it is seen that they are trying to realize the responsibility . My efforts remained the same .

Did not see complaints of dissatisfaction with the old parties among the common citizens?

"Extreme" says that the status of the old political party is over. Just looked at the by-election . We have seen the old cases and the new ones too . Along with that, we old party think that our land has become nothing is also another extreme argument . We are old, we have structure, we have faith. There are a lot of questions and complaints.

I am an old party worker . I tried to raise the issue of public life without communicating in the old style in the program in the old format . Even though it was small, something new happened . Even the old party will try to talk new things according to the slightly changing situation, if we try to connect with the people, our space will become . If we think that there is no one but us, then it is not. We must accept that our land is less than before. That should be accepted. However, it is being said that the forced movement is wrong, the agenda of change is nothing. The young people, who have not seen these things, have not experienced that nothing has happened in Nepal. It is our generation's job to help them. The young generation has questioned, scolded and criticized the pace of change in the country. This is what the new generation has heard. The right thing has not reached them. The old party should try to suppress the negative comments . We have to say what we experienced, how we changed . It is important to understand that there are questions and doubts about us.
