The agreement reached between the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport and the transport industry has drawn widespread criticism after reviving the syndicate which was abolished seven years ago. Although there was an agreement between the ministry and the businessmen, the common people suffered when public transport was stopped on Tuesday. Why did the government side with the businessmen in favor of the syndicate? Why is the government trying to wake up the syndicate instead of improving public transport? We sent a letter to the Prime Minister and Cabinet Office based on the agreement reached between the Ministry of Transport and the transport industry regarding physical infrastructure. The office has already sent a letter to the Gandaki state government to suspend the regulations related to ride serialization. Public transport will be operated from tomorrow, Wednesday.

The bill on public transport prepared by the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport is in the final stage. After the law is made in the union, the province should make the law as a matter of policy. Public transport related  According to the laws of the Union, the states should make laws. Therefore, the province should postpone the regulations regarding ride sharing.

Public transportation laws will be made by the state. We have asked to wait for some time as the public transport bill in the Union has reached its final stage. We want Gandaki province to make a law accordingly.

With the agreement between the ministry and the transport industry, the ride sharing company that is currently being provided to the general public will be more discouraged, won't it?

Red plate vehicles should not offer ride sharing services. After the law is made, it will be clear who will be able to ride sharing and who will not. Why did the government kneel before the syndicate that was canceled seven years ago?

The government is not in favor of the syndicate . The agreement with the Transport Professionals Committee does not wake up the syndicate . The government regulates syndicates by making laws. Action will be taken accordingly. Based on the decision made by the Supreme Court on 20 March 2080, we have said that the union will make a law. I repeat, the government is not in favor of syndicates in the transport sector . In the field of public transport, the syndicate will not return under any circumstances .

The government never speaks in favor of improving public transport . Why deal with the transport committee, which is in favor of implementing the syndicate?

It is absurd to strike in the field of public transport . It should not have been done . I have also spoken in the parliamentary committee against the strike. It happens when you sit down and talk to us about your demands. The transport businessmen have struck by striking at once . The government does not give concessions to the strike. From Tuesday, we have said that transporters should drive. I think businessmen drive cars .
