On Wednesday, the police kept Civil Liberation Party leader Resham Chaudhary in jail for about five hours without even a basic examination of the letter written by the Supreme Court officer, claiming that the verdict of the case pending in the Supreme Court is 'like this'. Chowdhury has been released after all-round protests, but questions have been raised about the state machinery running in Hachuwa.

Choudhary, who reached Pragya Pratishthan in Kamaladi on Wednesday afternoon, was taken to Dillibazar Jail by court officials and police to participate in the unification program of the Janmat Party led by CK Raut and the Civil Liberation Party chaired by Ranjita Shrestha.

A brief conversation with senior advocate Shambhu Thapa about the questions raised on the Supreme Court and the police after Chaudhary's arrest based on the unauthorized letter of the Supreme Court official:   How do you see the arrest case of Resham Chaudhary?

I have never seen such a low-level worker in the court. It is a lower level job than that of a laborer. Conspiracy of the highest order. Court is also the limit of abuse. This incident has embarrassed those who are doing judicial work in the court and even those of us who go there to argue. A gang is active in bringing down the court. To defeat it and keep the court clean, those involved in this incident should be brought under investigation and action taken. Action must also be taken to confirm that the court is independent. 

Has such a letter been written before? 

I have been a lawyer for 47 years and have never seen this level of fraud and malfeasance. There has been a serious breach of faith in the courts. A branch officer has personally reached out to deliver the letter in a lowly and demeaning manner. On what day, on the day of unification of political parties. In the process, one of its main leaders, Resham Chaudhary, was caught.

On the same day, why did the branch officer write a letter like that? I have seen a lot in court. A decision has also been made. Some wrote letters and later action was taken. While making and signing the documents related to income tax exemption, some of them were also sued in Kirte case. However, this level of work has not happened before. What this shows is that there is an alliance between that branch officer and the men of his alliance, so strong and of such a bad nature that if it fails, it can destroy the state. A small part of this great conspiracy was revealed in a serious manner at a critical time.

If there were other ordinary people in the place of Resham, they would have been jailed, wouldn't they?  If the

was anonymous, no one would have done such a (conspiracy). Today was the integration of Resham Chaudhary's political party, it had to be stopped. That's why I think it happened.  

Do you think the police administration is also involved in this?  The

case indicates that. Or will the administration not understand anything? A presidential pardon means that the case is over. Agreeing to disagree with Mafi Minaha is in its place. It can also be canceled by another process. Biden, who is in the US, apologized, Trump said he will cancel all that.

A writ has been filed in the court to cancel the case of silk. What will happen to that is for the judges to know. However, now the officer of the writ branch wrote a letter to detain Resham, it was wrong. The Chief Justice is currently abroad. The Permanent Chief Justice should call an immediate meeting and order not to delay the investigation. This case has mocked the court.

The life of the court is its credibility, this incident shocked it, didn't it? 

Let's not drag the whole court into this. However, what is important to understand is that it has been seen how many people are living in the court with the idea of ​​bad tendencies. This is only part of a larger conspiracy. It demands investigation.
