Saroj Guragai, the Chief Administrative Officer of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, was brought to appear by the employees of the metropolis to break the lock. Balendra Shah, the head of the metropolis, also mobilized the city police to Guragai. But it was the employees of the metropolis who let Guragai enter by breaking the lock of his office.

After 3 months and 14 days, Guragai came to appear at the office on Thursday. Guragai was kept on home leave from last January 7. First of all, the lock is not worn by Meyersap . The office has its own policy . If the employee is on leave, protecting the files under it, decisions and office documents, is a natural matter if someone is on leave . This is not a subject to be locked .  Not only the city police, every department of ours will be mobilized according to their responsibility. He will do what he thinks is appropriate according to the rights given to him by the law. It is clear that the department has been doing it.
