Sisno is highly regarded in the village. Now I am earning a good income by selling the same rice that the villagers find. Now the demand for Sisnu dust in Khalanga market is also high. I have taken a small room in the market and am selling sisno powder. From where customers buy sisnu at 400 rupees per kg.

I am a resident of Jumla Chandannath Municipality-7, Michagaon. Now I am 59 years old . I can't carry heavy loads after old age. I can't walk much and work too . But now I am working to make dust by picking the leaves that are wasted in the roadsides, fields and forests. 

I have sent 3 quintals of Sisno dust outside the district this year. So far, I have earned 120,000 by selling sisnu powder inside and outside the district. There is 20 kg left at home. Last year I sold a quintal of Sisnu . Earn 40 thousand rupees . Now it has been three years since Sisnu started selling . After earning 35,000 rupees by selling dust in the first year, I started business of Sisno professionally. 

I am sending Sisnu to Surkhet, Nepalgunj, Kohalpur and Kathmandu according to the order. Sisno has a habit of eating vegetables. I pluck the buds and pick the flowers . I dried it in the sun for two days and made powder. This powder is my source of income . I also tip myself . I also buy what others have picked and bring. I am selling it at 400 rupees per kg in Khalanga, but I am selling it at 250 rupees in the village. 

My age is to take care of grandchildren at home . But he has to suffer in old age . My son Harichandra Rawal met with an accident in 2073. He had an accident while going to get sand in the tractor. One person who was sitting in the tractor along with his son was killed and the leg of one was broken . My son has a problem with his veins . For my son's treatment, I reached Lucknow, India via Karnali Institute of Health Sciences, Nepalgunj Medical College. I incurred a lot of expenses during the treatment . So far, the son has not fully recovered.

We sold the farm for son's treatment . I have kept it at home for nine months now. Will have to take it to Lucknow soon . He defecates and urinates while sitting. Both legs do not move . There is also a problem with the right hand . A pipe is attached to urinate. Now the stomach wound has healed . There is no amount to clean the wound and medicine . There is an obligation to sell the powder of Sisnu to pay the same amount. 

Apart from this there is no other source of income in the house . A son of earning age is ill. I have sold the property in my son's name and mortgaged the house in the bank. Neither the son will recover, nor can the bank loan be paid and the house can be returned . Gloves worth 3,000 rupees per month are needed only to wash the urine of the son. Medicines worth 20,000 are required. 

Now the wound is getting worse . Even the wheel chair is too small to sit on. I carried her to the hospital. It is very difficult to move around. The treatment has added more burden to the family who find it difficult to get monthly food. 

Harichandra's father i.e. my husband is also suffering from piles . It is also possible to live a daily life without the operation of stomach and piles . Harichandra's wife married another young man after her husband fell ill. All expenses of the family are on my responsibility . Harichandra has a daughter . I am also teaching her until she is finished. 

Even though he pleaded with the local government for treatment, there was no hearing . However, I have vowed to treat it as long as possible. I got into a lot of trouble when I had to treat father and son at the same time. I am suffering more when I am resting at home .
