With the main objective of building sustainable and reliable leadership and cultured schools, the Private and Residential Schools Organization (PABSON) of Koshi Province has organized the first-ever International Educational Conference.

National and international subject experts have given presentations at the conference.

The conference, organized keeping in mind the need to train school leadership before students, was attended by three hundred principals.

At the conference, educationists from Nepal, India, and the UK, including Nepal, gave presentations on the impact of improper use of technology on children's future, the use of AI by teachers, the role of parents and schools in student development, and the goal of improving the school environment through teacher leadership and extending its impact to the Gen-Alpha generation.

The speakers pointed out the need to free future generations from danger as social structures are weakening and children's emotional development is being seriously affected.
