He said that affiliation will be distributed to new subjects and programs and that campuses and programs with few students will be adjusted.
The policy and program mentions restructuring the Research Directorate including TU. TU has adopted a policy of rewarding professors and researchers who do excellent research. It is also stated that the amount of the research fund will be increased. 'The admission process of foreign students in TU will be facilitated and the emphasis will be placed on research,' he said.
