Education Minister Mahabir Pun has said that the report on the land search of Tribhuvan University will be implemented. Speaking at the Tribhuvan University Assembly meeting on Wednesday, he said that the university should be reformed by ending political divisions and implementing the report.

The report will also be implemented in the TU policy and program. The CIAA has started an investigation based on the report on the misappropriation of about 25 ropanis of land.

Minister Pun said that the 4 research centers of TU should be activated. 'The work done by the research center was done by outside consultancies. It has been neglected. Now, the budget should be allocated and the university should be activated in research,' he said.

Education Minister Pun has suggested that the university should emphasize research related to academics and technology. He said that the country's economy will not improve unless there is innovative research. He stressed that the youth should be involved in research and production. He also directed TU to strictly implement the academic calendar. He said, 'There are widespread complaints that exams are not held on time, results are not received even after exams, and it is difficult to get certificates.' Please improve it.' He says that the environment at TU has been damaged by political division. 'Even if Mahadev comes, the division does not seem to end. Let's all get rid of it together. Why should we make Mahadev sad? It is because of the damaged political division,' he said. He said that he has a plan to tear down the bushes on the TU campus and make a park. 'After I became a minister, I took 29 days to tear down the bushes, now we need to make a park,' he said.
