Experts have been suggesting that TU should be restructured at the provincial level in a manner compatible with the country's federalism and that large campuses should be given autonomy.
There are complaints that there is difficulty in management due to the lack of restructuring of TU, and universities are being established haphazardly at the provincial level as well.
