CPN-UML MP Prabhu Hazara has said that the school education bill is now in the eyes of the country and there is a need to pass it soon.

Speaking at the meeting of the Education, Health and Information Technology Committee held at Singh Darbar on Thursday, he said that the school education bill was discussed in the committee after 52 years and it was moved forward after intensive discussion. He said that the bill has reached its final stage and that the bill should be finalized soon as everyone is interested.

He said, 'We have discussed the school education bill in an intensive manner after coming to the committee after 52 years. We have reached the final stage. Various stakeholders were interested in this bill. The eyes of the country are on the education bill. We have said 12th grade in 2 of 21 regarding Early Childhood Development Council, it is more suitable than 10th. The school management committee said, women and dalits were told, the word dalit is missing here. The problem comes when we only say inclusive, the word itself has to come. The issue of residential scholarship has come up.

MP Hazara said that it is necessary to finalize the bill soon.
