Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) has given permission to Tilottama Municipality to build infrastructure for conducting Diploma in Pharmacy and PCL Nursing programs.

The municipality has already allocated 2.5 million budget to build the infrastructure of the city college, which is the master plan of the municipality in the budget of the next financial year. CTEVT has also determined a quota of 40/40 for Diploma in Pharmacy and PCL Nursing programs to be conducted by Tilottma Municipality itself. With the receipt of CTEVT's letter, the municipality has said that the program operation process will be started by making an agreement with the hospital and infrastructure construction.

The municipality has said that an agreement will be made with the Lumbini Regional Hospital in Butwal i.e. Bhim Hospital in Bhairawa. Ramkrishna Khan, head of Tilottama municipality, said that the municipality has decided to allocate funds for the operation of the technical school in the policy and program of the year 2082.83. 

Mayor Khan said that it is a matter of happiness for everyone and a matter of pride for the region that the issue of running technical schools has come to fruition with everyone's efforts.

The 209th meeting of CTEVT on June 17 decided to proceed with the necessary process by giving a letter of intent to Tilottma Municipality for infrastructure construction. Accordingly, CTEVT sent a letter to the municipality and gave permission to proceed with the infrastructure construction process.
