Itahari sub-metropolitan municipality has decided to close all community and institutional schools on Wednesday after receiving complaints from educational institutions saying that the heat has adversely affected the health of children. 

Sangeetakumari Chowdhury, Acting City Chief of Itahari Sub-metropolitan City, said that summer has made life difficult in this area.
