Corruption case against teacher who submitted fake teaching license

A corruption case has been filed against a teacher of Mahaveer Secondary School Chainpur in Dhangadhimai Municipality-9 Chainpur here on the charge of submitting a false teaching license.

The Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission has filed a charge sheet against teacher Teek Bahadur Magar today in the special court in Kathmandu on the charge of submitting a false teaching permit. According to the Commission, during the investigation of the complaint that he had committed a corruption offense by submitting a false license for the appointment at the secondary level of the said school, Tika Bahadur Magar, alias Tika, has repeatedly submitted false documents to make the teaching license of the Nimavi level as a secondary level and obtained the position, benefits and facilities as a national servant employee. 

Commission spokesperson Rajendra Kumar Poudel informed that the accused teacher has demanded imprisonment and fine punishment as per subsection (1) of section 16 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059 for the offense under subsection (1) of section 16 of the same act.
