The National Examination Board has said that the examination of class 12 will be conducted on the appointed date. The board has already announced the schedule for conducting the class 12th exam from May 11th.
The board issued a statement on Friday with the claim that the examination will be conducted on the appointed date, while the probability of the examination being held/not being held is increasing as the teacher's protest continues. The board has also requested not to believe the misleading information that the
examination has been postponed. "Regarding the annual examination of class 12 scheduled to be conducted from May 11th, the board has drawn serious attention to the fact that the travel notice of the postponement of the examination has been circulated on various social networks, creating confusion among the students.
In the statement issued by the Controller of Examinations, the students have been requested to patiently continue their preparation for the examination. "The board appeals to the parents, teachers and principals to coordinate and cooperate for conducting the examination in a comfortable environment," said the statement.
Due to the teacher's protest, the exam preparation work is interrupted. The provincial and branch offices of the board have not been able to proceed with activities such as selection of the central president, orientation. The Federation of Teachers, which organized the educational strike, issued a statement and instructed the teachers and staff not to participate in the Class 12 examination.
