Jayalakshmi Rawal of Nepal Vidyarthi Sangh has won the post of independent student union president of Rara Multipurpose Campus in Mugu district.

In the election held on Monday, Jayalakshmi won by getting 73 votes. His closest rival, Aneraswaviyu and the common candidate of Akhil Krantikari, Ravin Malla, got 48 votes.

Similarly, Sushil Kumar Malla, an independent candidate for the post of president, has received 17 votes.
