More than 150 students honored
On the occasion of the 21st anniversary, Himal Academy School located in Suryavinayak Municipality-7 Gundu of Bhaktapur awarded and honored more than one and a half hundred students who passed SEE and excelled in various categories.
In the program, Bipina Mishra of Himal Academy, who succeeded in obtaining 4 GPA in the SEE examination of 2080, was presented an award by Health Minister Kiran Thapa of the Bagmati State Government, while Principal Pradeep Thapa gave a cash award of Rs 25,000. were . In that sequence, 146 students who succeeded in passing SEE from Himal Academy from 2076 to 2080 were honored and the best in various categories were awarded. Similarly, teachers and staff who have served in the school for more than 10 years were also honored.
Besides Minister Thapa, Head of Bhaktapur District Coordination Committee Ishwar Thapa, Ward President of Suryavinayak Municipality-7 Ravindra Sapkota, Pabsan Bhaktapur President Rajan Kaspal, Senior Film Director Madan Ghimire, Nepal Booksellers Association Bhaktapur Vice President Mahesh Thapa and others presented them with awards and certificates. In the program, students presented martial art, dhimebaja, song, poetry, caricature, dance and drama.
Health Minister of Bagmati Province, Thapa praised the educational contribution made by the school at the regional level and expressed his commitment to take initiatives for the improvement of health services and education in the province.
