'There are things like that in Tribhuvan University that students have organized and become more political. In fact, if the rules and laws were properly made and the rules and laws were implemented properly, then there would have been no need for those organizations to be born. The main reason is that the institution, which is the source and pinnacle of education, is run by scumbags and the governments until today have not carefully controlled and monitored it. We should suggest what needs to be improved,' she said. Speaking at the meeting of the

According to the Delegated Rights Act, where has it been violated? It should be pointed out where it has become weak, where it has caused confusion without knowing. Delegated authority has been violated a little more, it is our committee's job to correct it,' he says. Chairman Sharma said that it is necessary to identify the places where the delegated rights have been violated and correct them.
