Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Education and Head of the District Education Development and Coordination Unit in Kanchanpur district, Deepakraj Kalouni and Education Officer Rupram Thiruwa have been brought to the ministry for investigation.
Two teachers from Kanchanpur were in trouble for a long time after they failed to attend the school where they were supposed to be posted after passing the Teachers Service Commission examination. It was alleged that Kalouni did not play a responsible role as the head of the unit to make them attend school. The teachers suspected irregularities in the irresponsibility of the Principal Kaluni and the official Tiruwa.
Even in the Ministry of Education, after receiving a complaint on this matter, the Ministry had instructed to create an environment where those teachers would appear as soon as possible. After repeated warnings from the Ministry, the teachers were made to appear in different schools.
However, since this case and other complaints should also be investigated, the ministry has transferred the unit head Kalouni and officer Tiruwa.
