Switzerland has refused to allow the US military to use its airspace.
Switzerland has rejected two such requests from the US military. The Swiss government said the decision was made in view of the issues related to the Iran war. The Swiss government says that the law prevents such permission. A statement issued by the government said, “The law prohibits granting permission to parties to a conflict to achieve military objectives.”
However, it is said that three other flights were allowed, two of which were related to goods and one to clothing.
