Qatar's Interior Ministry has announced that it has arrested 194 people from various countries on charges of spreading false information and rumors related to the war.

The Economic and Cybercrime Control Department of the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation said that the arrests were made on charges of filming videos of missiles sent by Iran to Qatar, broadcasting them on social media, and spreading false information and rumors.

The ministry said that necessary legal and administrative action has been initiated against them as such content incites public opinion and violates the instructions issued by the relevant bodies.

The Interior Ministry has warned everyone not to film, share videos or spread rumors related to the current events.

The ministry has also urged everyone to use only information obtained from official sources and not to broadcast misleading content. The ministry has stated that such content can influence public opinion and will not hesitate to take necessary legal action against those who violate the rules.
