Nine people have been killed in a shooting at a school in the Canadian province of British Columbia.

At least nine people have been killed in a shooting in the western Canadian state, BBC Hindi reported.   According to Canadian police, six bodies have been found at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School in northeastern British Columbia. Another person died on the way to the hospital. 

Police have also found two bodies at another location. Police say they are also connected to the same shooting.

Another body has also been found. Police believe he is the shooter.

At least 25 people were injured in the incident, according to local media.
