Local authorities have confirmed that at least 4 people have died and some are still missing due to flash floods and landslides that occurred after heavy rains in Doda region of Jammu and Kashmir, India.

According to the district administration, three people have died in rain-related incidents in Tanta and Thathari areas of Doda district. According to
media reports, around 10 houses have been partially damaged in Doda area and many roads have been swept away by the flood. The local disaster management team reached the spot and started searching for the missing persons.
