Iran's Supreme Shia cleric Grand Ayatollah Nasir Makarim Shirazi has issued a religious fatwa against US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

He has made both of them enemies of Allah. He has also appealed to Muslims all over the world to unite and force these two leaders to repent of the attack on Iran.

Makarim Shirazi said in a fatwa, "Anyone who tries to harm or threaten the Supreme Leader of Iran or any Marja is a criminal who wants war." The fatwa is an interpretation of Islamic law. It is issued on behalf of Marja. Marja is called the highest religious position of twelve Imami Shia Muslims.

Iran has expressed doubts about the ceasefire with Israel. Iran's Chief of Staff Abdolrahim Mousavi said in a telephone conversation with Saudi Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman on Sunday, "We have doubts about the ceasefire with the enemy (Israel). If there is another attack, we will give a strong response to it.'

Mousavi said that when Iran was busy with nuclear talks with the US, Israel attacked and the US supported it. He said that both countries do not follow international laws. After 12 days of conflict between Israel and Iran, a ceasefire was reached in 24 days.

610 people have been killed in Iran and 28 in Israel.
