Israel has launched a 'Safe Return' plan to return its citizens abroad. Transport Minister Miri Regev said that according to this plan, 150,000 Israeli citizens who are outside the country will be brought home.

Due to the Israel-Iran war that has been going on for ten days, flights in Israeli skies have been banned. The Israeli media Jerusalem Post, quoting the statement of the Minister of Transport, mentioned that between one million and one and a half million Israelis who are outside the country are going to be brought home by private ships and boats. The Minister of Transport has also said that such work is about to be started in coordination with the Ministry of Defense.

Transport Minister Regev said that the government will also safely send non-citizens living in Israel, including those on Birthright Trips (Jewish teenagers between the ages of 18 and 26 who were born in Israel outside the country - who have come to visit Israel on a free ten-day tour or foreign tourists) out of the country .

She said, 'We will do everything possible to bring the Israelis abroad, but it will take some time. Because it's not an overnight thing .'
