A curfew has been imposed in Los Angeles. Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass has announced a partial curfew after the ongoing protests against immigration raids turned violent.

She said, 'There will be a curfew from 8 pm to 6 am. The entire city was heavily damaged. For the same reason, curfew is necessary.

Los Angeles Police Chief Jim McDonnell has said that curfew is necessary to save people's lives and protect property due to the ever-increasing unrest in the city. 

Curfew violators have been warned to be arrested. 197 people have been arrested on Saturday 27, 40 on Sunday and 114 on Monday.
