Two people, including a Russian general, have died in an explosion in the capital of Russia, Moscow. According to the Russian news agency Tas, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov and his aide of the Chemical and Biological Protection Troops were killed in an explosion in Moscow on Tuesday.
According to Russian officials, the device hidden in the electric scooter exploded. Kirillov was banned by Britain for ignoring the use of chemical weapons in Ukraine.
