The District Administration Office, Baitadi, has implemented a system to provide services within one hour. The office has started the 'One Hour Service' from Friday.

He said that services including citizenship, passport, national identity card, etc. will be provided to service recipients who have completed the necessary documents within one hour of entering the office. He said that this service has been implemented with the aim of making service delivery faster, easier and the employees more responsible.
It is expected that service recipients will not have to wait long to receive administrative services. The number of service recipients in the district administration has also decreased recently. After the area administration offices came into operation in Melauli in the southern area of the district and Purchaudi Municipality in the eastern area, the pressure of service recipients in the district administration has reduced.
