The helicopter sent to rescue the injured from the Bajhang jeep accident faced difficulties landing due to bad weather. The first time, the helicopter returned after failing to locate the site, and the second time, it could not land because of poor weather conditions. An ambulance has now reached the scene, and a team of doctors is on its way.

After the helicopter was unable to land, the injured are being brought to the district hospital by ambulance. Chief District Officer Mukesh Kumar Kesari said that preparations are being made to send them to a well-equipped hospital by helicopter once the weather clears tomorrow.

According to the District Police Office Bajhang, three people lost their lives in the accident and seven others were seriously injured. Those who died are Bimala Dhami of Kedarsyu-7, 60-year-old Keladevi Mahat of Durgathali-6, and 60-year-old Chakra Mahat.

According to police, the number of injured in the accident has reached 13. The condition of the remaining six is moderate.
