Lieutenant Colonel Himraj Joshi and Hudda Himal Bikram Bista were injured in a grenade explosion during training on Thursday morning. The District Police Office has stated that Lieutenant Colonel Joshi has been sent to Kathmandu by helicopter for further treatment.

According to District Police Spokesperson DSP Yogendra Timilsina, the grenade exploded during a firing exercise conducted from the Far Western Training School Gorange Barrack Chisapani on Thursday morning. Both the injured were given initial treatment at the Gorange Barrack.
