All 10 local levels of Baitadi have been found to have spent more than Rs 20 million on food and beverages alone in a year. Although Dogadakedar has spent Rs 2571 thousand 828 on various expenses, including the municipality and ward, the report states that only the above-mentioned amount has been spent on food and beverages.

The report states that Purchaudi Municipality has spent the most on food, refreshments and meetings of the ward and municipality, amounting to 3.7 million 7,728 rupees, while the second highest spender, Sigas Rural Municipality, has spent 3 million rupees on food and refreshments.

The Auditor General's Office has stated that out of the Rs 9,484.5 billion audited nationwide in the fiscal year 2081/082, Rs 88.91 billion was found to be unaccounted for.
