Prakash Bista has been re-elected as the president of the RSVP Sudurpaschim Province. Bista won the election for the provincial president with a huge margin in the election held on Tuesday to select a new leadership.
According to the election results, Bista received 358 votes while his nearest rival Janak Singh Dhami received only 154 votes. Bista was elected president with a wide margin of 204 votes.
The newly elected president, Bista, has previously served as the president of the RSVP Sudurpaschim ad hoc committee. It is said that he was re-elected by the representatives of the province due to his role in building the party organization while in the ad hoc committee.
