Keshav Balayar has been re-elected as the President of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSWP) Doti district convention. The district convention of Doti held at the Seti Assembly Hall in Rajpur unanimously elected Balayar as the President. Balayar, a resident of Shikhar Municipality of Doti, is a founding member of the RSWP. Balayar was also a candidate for the House of Representatives in the 2079 BS elections. The first convention has elected a 13-member district working committee. The committee has selected Dhan Bahadur Bohara as vice-chairman, Bishnu Khadka as secretary, Dilli Raj Bhatta as joint-secretary and Sharada Shrestha as treasurer. The members include Mohana Saund, Tek Bogati, Indra Khadka, Khim Bahadur Bithadi, Lal Bhul, Keshav Pariyar, Kaviram Khatri and Santosh Bhandari.
