Final preparations are underway for the reshuffle of ministers in the Sudurpaschim provincial government. Chief Minister Kamal Bahadur Shah has verbally informed the provincial chief's office to prepare for the swearing-in ceremony today, the provincial chief's office has said.

Earlier, the Congress quota included Minister for Economic Affairs Bahadur Singh Thapa, Minister for Social Development Meghraj Khadka, Minister for Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment Shivraj Bhatta, Minister of State for Social Development Saraswati Khadka and Minister of State for Economic Affairs Prakash Bahadur Bam Sarkar. Among them, Minister for Economic Affairs Thapa, Minister for Social Development Khadka, Minister for Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment Bhatta and Minister of State for Economic Affairs Khadka belong to the Deuba group.
