According to the latest voting results, National Independent Party candidate Janak Singh Dhami is leading with 1,077 votes.

Counting of votes is underway in Kanchanpur Constituency No. 1 under the House of Representatives member election. According to the latest results, Rastriya Swatantra Party candidate Janak Singh Dhami is leading with 1,077 votes. 

Similarly, CPN (UML) candidate Tara Lama Tamang has received 1,029 votes, while Nepali Communist Party candidate Bina Magar has received 583 votes. Similarly, Nepali Congress candidate Gopi Prasad Upadhyay has received 425 votes.

Other candidates have not received votes yet. The counting of votes is ongoing, according to the Returning Officer's Office.

61,074 votes have been cast in Constituency No. 1, which has a total of 1,01,724 voters. Of these, 33,403 are female and 27,671 are male voters. The voter turnout in this constituency has been 60.03 percent. 19 candidates are in the fray.
