In Dadeldhura, the National Independent Party (NISP) candidate Tara Prasad Joshi has maintained his lead in the ongoing vote counting under the House of Representatives election.

In the public vote counting till 11:30 pm on Friday, NISP's Joshi has received 5,268 votes. His nearest competitor, Nepali Congress candidate Nain Singh Mahar, has received 3,195 votes.

Similarly, Nepal Communist Party candidate Man Singh Mal has received 3,059 votes, while CPN-UML candidate Chakra Prasad Snehi has received 1,337 votes.

Among other candidates, Govinda Khadayat of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party has received 131 votes. Mahendra Pun Magar of the Shram Sanskriti Party has received 111 votes, and Laxmi Dutta Bhatta of the Jai Matrubhumi Party has received 32 votes.

Chandradev BK of the Rastriya Janamorcha has received 28 votes and Surendra Raj Bhatta of the Nepal Majdoor Kisan Party has received 19 votes. Khadak Bahadur Thakurathi of the Aam Janata Party has received 4 votes. Gaurav Bahadur Air, an independent candidate, received 10 votes, Tirtharaj Upreti received 20 votes, and Surendra Rawal received 5 votes. Dadeldhura has the only House of Representatives constituency.
