There are 46,446 female voters in the district. Out of these, only 25,313 voted, while 21,133 women did not participate in the voting. Similarly, out of 46,957 male voters, 20,596 voted, while 26,361 men did not reach the center to vote.
The participation of women in the voting held in Dadeldhura was slightly higher than that of men. Voting was held at 142 polling stations, including 1,404 polling stations and one temporary one, across the district.
