A total of 52,538 votes were cast in the voting held at 181 polling stations in the district. The District Election Office has stated that 40.80 percent of the 128,739 voters in the district voted. The voting was conducted in a peaceful atmosphere at polling stations across the district.  According to the local level, the highest voter turnout was 8,424 in Shikhar Municipality. This was followed by Dipayal Siliguri Municipality with 8,279 votes.

Similarly, 6,447 votes were cast in Jorayal Rural Municipality, 5,937 in KI Singh Rural Municipality, 5,768 in Adarsh ​​Rural Municipality, 5,370 in Purvichowki Rural Municipality and 4,459 in Sayal Rural Municipality.

4,700 votes were cast in Badikedar Rural Municipality while the lowest voter turnout was 3,784 in Bogtan Rural Municipality. With the completion of voting, the process of collecting ballot boxes from various locations in the district has begun.
