According to Election Officer Pradeep Singh Dhami of the District Election Office, Darchula, there are 375 voters in Kailashpati Basic School Chhangru and 244 voters in Moti Mahila Sangh Basic School Tinkar.
In the 2079 local level, provincial and House of Representatives elections, there were 383 voters in Chhangru polling station and 234 voters in Tinkar.
