Two people have died after a tractor and a motorcycle collided near Kuyapani in Parshuram Municipality-9, Dadeldhura.
Police said that 27-year-old Nabin Saud of Parshuram-12 Puntura and 35-year-old Man Bahadur Jagri of Parshuram-6, who were riding a motorcycle, died in the accident.
A tractor with registration number Se 2 Pa 1474 and a motorcycle with registration number Ma 1 Pa 9973 collided with each other. The tractor was heading towards Gai Bandhe from Jogbudha and the motorcycle coming from the opposite direction collided.
The tractor driver is absconding after the accident and a search is underway, according to the District Police Office, Dadeldhura. Police said that further investigation into the incident is underway.
