A person has been arrested with about two kilograms of hashish in Darchula.

Mansingh Dhami, 47, of Raichu, Naugad Rural Municipality-6, was arrested by police from Shailyashikhar Municipality-2 on Wednesday night. According to the District Police Office, one kilogram 975 grams of hashish was found in Dhami's possession. 

A police team deployed from the Gokuleshwar Area Police Office seized one digital scale along with hashish from Dhami on the Gokuleshwar-Dhuligada road section, said DSP Gaurav Mahat of Darchula Police. Police said that further investigation is underway against Dhami.
