Police have arrested two absconding accused from Baitadi. The arrested have been identified as Rajmati Dhami, 26, of Bajad, Sigas Rural Municipality-9, and Surendra Singh Mal, 37, of Gokuleshwor, Dilasaini Rural Municipality-6.

Dhami was arrested near his home on Saturday and Mal was arrested from Shahid Gate, Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan City-3. Dhami was sentenced to one year in prison by the Baitadi District Court in the incest case.

Similarly, Mal was sentenced to three years in prison and a fine of Rs 30,000 by the Kailali District Court in the vehicular homicide case. The police have said that the two have been arrested and produced before the court for the execution of the verdict.
