Coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal and co-coordinator Madhav Kumar Nepal have arrived in Dhangadhi to address the unity meeting. Leader Bhim Rawal has been in Dhangadhi for a week to prepare for the meeting. Leaders and cadres of all nine districts of the then Maoist Center and Unified Socialists who will participate in the unity meeting have arrived in Dhangadhi.
After the unification of 12 components including the Maoist Center and Unified Socialists, the newly formed Nepali Communist Party is preparing to hold unity meetings in all seven provinces. Leaders and cadres have said that a unity meeting is being held from the far west.
