Police have arrested a fugitive accused in a drug and hashish case in Baitadi. The arrested person has been identified as Bhawana Dhami, 35, of Dhaulkanda, Purchaudi Municipality-4.

The District Court, Baitadi, had sentenced her to one year, seven months and six days in prison and a fine of Rs 15,000 in the drug trafficking case. Bhawana had not been absconding till now. She was arrested yesterday (Wednesday) by police deployed from the temporary police post Dhaunakholi near her home, according to the District Police Office, Baitadi.
